1. Cancellation Policy

Once a transaction to add funds or chips to your Game Rummy account is initiated and successfully authorized by your bank or payment gateway, it cannot be canceled once the funds have been credited to your game wallet.

Similarly, once a player has entered a cash tournament or table, table fee cancellations cannot be reversed once gameplay has commenced or cards have been dealt.

2. Refund Eligibility & Failed Transactions

Refunds are applicable under the following specific circumstances:

• Failed Deposit with Amount Deducted: If money has been deducted from your bank account, UPI, or card, but the chips/balance have not been credited to your Game Rummy account within 24 hours, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund back to your source account within 3 to 7 business days.
• Technical Disruptions & Server Outages: If a technical disruption or server malfunction on our platform causes a game to terminate abnormally before completion, the table buy-in fee will be reviewed and credited back to the player's wallet.
• Unauthorized Transactions: In verified cases of unauthorized account usage or fraudulent billing, please contact our support team immediately with transaction details.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be entertained under the following situations:

• Losses incurred due to gameplay outcomes or personal skill decisions.
• Disconnections or interruptions caused by the player's unstable internet connection or device issues.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, fair play rules, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Withdrawals vs Refunds

Winnings and eligible account balances can be withdrawn directly to your verified bank account or UPI in accordance with our withdrawal guidelines. The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹100. Withdrawals undergo standard KYC verification to ensure account security.
